Boxie Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Boxie. No runaround, no fine print tricks — here's how refunds work.

Pickup Cancellations

2+ hours before your scheduled window? Full refund, no questions asked.

Less than 2 hours before pickup? We may charge a late cancellation fee. We understand things come up, but we may have already dispatched a driver for you. Reach out to support and we'll work with you.

Box Delivery Cancellations

2+ days before delivery? Full refund, and we'll return any credits you had.

Under 2 days? 50% refund of your order. We've already prepared your order for shipment, but we'll make it right if you need to cancel.

Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions auto-renew each billing period, but you can cancel anytime—no long-term commitment.

If you cancel mid-period, you'll receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing cycle. The refund is calculated based on the days remaining in your billing period.

Service Issues

Missed a pickup? Delivered the wrong boxes? That's on us.

We'll give you:

  • A full credit toward your account, or
  • A re-service at no charge

Just let us know through the app or email, and we'll make it right within 24 hours.

How to Request a Refund

Via the App: Go to Settings > Billing, find your transaction, and select "Request Refund."

Via Email: Contact us at support@getboxie.com with your order number and reason.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method. In rare cases, your bank may take an additional 1-3 business days to post the credit.

A Note on Your Data

When we process a refund, we update your transaction records but we don't delete your account or service history. If you ever want to delete your account entirely, you can do that instantly from the app. More details in our Privacy Policy.
