You can request deletion of your Boxie account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Submit the form below using the email address on your Boxie account so we can verify the request.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile, contact info, and saved addresses
  • Your pickup, delivery, and subscription history
  • Boxie Credits balance and rewards activity
  • Photos and notes attached to your pickups

What we may retain

We may keep a limited set of records where the law requires us to — for example, financial and tax records tied to completed transactions, and information needed to resolve disputes or enforce our terms. Retained records are kept only as long as legally required and are not used for marketing.
